Precautions Regarding COVID-19
We ask that any clients with a fever, active cough, or other concerning signs or as per our local health unit, if you have traveled outside of Canada you have been asked to self isolate and monitor for COVID-19 symptoms. We ask that you please call at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will accommodate your needs and can reschedule non-urgent cases or suggest potential options for your pet if urgent care is warranted.
Important Changes to Service Protocols in Response to COVID-19 as of February 26, 2021:
1. The interior of our hospital is now open. A mask is mandatory.
2. We can now accommodate one client at a time in the exam room for the appointments.
3. If you prefer not coming in the clinic for appointments, a staff member will meet you in our front foyer to bring your pet inside. After the medical team evaluates your pet you will receive a phone call to discuss recommendations and a plan moving forward.
4. Medications and food can still be available for pick up in our front foyer if you prefer not coming into the clinic. A customer service representative will obtain payment over the phone.
